Darleen has over eighteen years of valuation experience across all industries and has specialized experience in the valuation of entertainment and media companies and their intangible assets including film libraries and music catalogs. She has provided valuation and financial opinions to both public and private companies for a diverse range of purposes including financial and tax reporting, ESOP’s, IPO advisory, fairness and solvency, litigation support and M&A advisory.

Previously, Darleen held the position of Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, an investment banking and financial advisory firm.

Darleen has an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles and a BA from the California State University at Fullerton. She is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers and holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license from the NASD.
