Helena has been in the valuation consulting profession since 1991. She specializes in the valuation of common stock, restricted stock, preferred stock, debt instruments, partnership interests and intangible assets for gift and estate taxes, income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, litigation, financial restructuring, and employee stock ownership plans purposes. Intangible assets valued include In-process Research & Development, technology, trademarks, customer relationships, copyrights and covenants-not-to-compete. She has provided valuation services to clients in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment manufacturing, aerospace/defense, automobile parts, financial services, food processing, wholesale/distribution, grocery, interactive entertainment, newspaper publishing and toiletries/cosmetics industries.

Helena began her career with Coopers & Lybrand in their Western Region Valuation Services Group. Prior to joining Cronkite & Kissell, she held the position of Engagement Director at American Appraisal Associates.

Helena earned a B.S. from the California State University, Northridge. She is also an accredited Senior Appraiser as designated by the American Society of Appraisers.
