Jill has been providing valuation and financial consulting services to clients for over fifteen years. She has performed appraisals in a variety of industries and for a variety of purposes and has significant experience in business services, manufacturing and real estate. Her areas of experience include the valuation of privately held business enterprises, common stock, limited and general partnership interests, and intangible assets. Jill also has experience in performing minority and majority interest valuations. Appraisal purposes include estate and gift tax planning, support of mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, securitized lending, litigation support, changes in business ownership, and purchase price allocation

Prior to joining Cronkite & Kissell, Jill was a Senior Manager in the Deloitte & Touche, LLP Financial Advisory Services Practice.

Jill earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from UCLA and a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
