Joo Hee has been providing valuation and financial consulting services to clients for seven years. She has performed appraisals in a variety of industries and for a variety of purposes and has significant experience in the restaurant industry. Her areas of experience include the valuation of public and privately held businesses and business interests, partnership interests and intangible assets. Valuation purposes include estate and gift tax planning, support of mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, securitized lending, litigation support, changes in business ownership, and purchase price allocation.

Prior to joining Cronkite & Kissell, Joo Hee was a Manager in the Deloitte & Touche, LLP Financial Advisory Services Practice.

Joo Hee earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the CFA Institute and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. She is also a candidate with the American Society of Appraisers.
