Linda has been providing valuation and financial consulting services to clients for over fourteen years. Her expertise includes the valuation of closely held businesses and business interests, including minority and majority interest analyses of common and preferred securities, LLC and partnership interests, C-corporations, and Subchapter S-corporations. She is also experienced in valuing all types of intangible assets and intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, customer relationships, contracts and technology. Analyses have been prepared for gift and estate tax, merger and acquisition, financial reporting, financing, income tax, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and shareholder transactions. Linda has served a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial institutions, technology, healthcare and consumer business, among others.
Prior to joining Cronkite & Kissell, Linda was the Director of Financial Valuation for the Los Angeles practice of CBIZ Valuation Group, Inc. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager in the Deloitte & Touche, LLP Financial Advisory Services Practice. Linda began her career with Ernst & Young LLP and also provided valuation services at BDO Seidman, LLP.
Linda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the CFA Institute and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. She is also an Associate with the American Society of Appraisers. |
